Visit the Cathedral of the Pines

The Cathedral of the Pines is open daily, May 1st through October 31st, from 9 am to 5 pm.  The public is welcome to come and enjoy our exquisite view of Mount Monadnock, our gardens, and our historic monuments.

Annett State Park, located less than one mile from the Cathedral is an excellent spot for picnics and other group outings. Nearby Mount Monadnock is famous for its hiking trails and spectacular scenery. Restaurants, camping,  and other overnight accommodations can be found throughout the area, in addition to a variety of other local points of interest.

  • Guided tours are available; groups are required to make reservations. There is a fee of $50 for senior citizens groups and for groups of fewer than 15 people. Bus tours are $110 per bus.


  • The pavilion is available, by reservation for group picnics, bus tours and small family gatherings for a fee of $50 per hour. We have picnic tables available for those who wish to bring lunch.

  • Pets are permitted at the Cathedral of the Pines.  Pets must be leashed at all times.  There are pet waste disposal bags available along the paths throughout the Cathedral of the Pines grounds.  All pet waste must be removed immediately and disposed of properly.

  • Smoking is not permitted on Cathedral of the Pines grounds.
